PAYMENT policy

Package

theagentexam.com offers three different packages for our account holders (together the “Packages” and each a “Package”). The Packages offer varying levels of access to the contents and materials of our site. Non-account holders will have restricted access to the site. Please see our How We Can Help page for more information on the Packages we offer. 

When submitting the payment and the necessary details, you are making an offer to purchase a Package. We will accept your offer when we are satisfied with the validity of your payment details and personal registration details, whereupon a contract will be formed and you will receive access to the appropriate contents and materials on the site when they are available (see the How We Can Help page for details). We reserve all rights to reject your offer. 

Payment

The purchase of a Package requires a one-off payment to be made by Credit or Debit Card though the Stripe payment gateway.  Any further Package or services purchased by you (for example, if you decide to purchase additional tuition services from us) will require further payment(s).

All prices are denominated in pounds Sterling. 

The prices stated on the website are exclusive of VAT, which will be payable in addition. Forum Sports Limited is registered for VAT in the UK with VAT registration number 361854386.

The price of the Packages is set out on our How We Can Help page and may vary from time to time at our discretion. 

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Packages, we cannot offer any refunds once a Package has been purchased. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us via the website.
